Mr. A.C Gupta, Partner, FCA

Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Gupta founded this firm in 1988.He has served for 18 years with a leading nationalized bank in India with the last posting being as Regional Manager. He is in charge of the Accounting and Corporate Services and corporate laws divisions. Mr. Gupta is a known personality in the field of equity and debt structuring. He has been involved with a vide range of SME’s and is consulting them in this regard. With rich experience in the banking sector as an ex banker, Mr. Gupta is well versed with all the intricacies related to bank funding and restructuring.

Mr. Pankaj Mahajan, Partner, FCA

Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is young and dynamicChartered Accountant in continuous practice since 1994, DISA qualified and has done certificate course on Concurrent Audit. He is in charge of the audit, taxation, managementconsultancy and accounting and reconciliation divisions. Apart from this he has been consulting the clients with regard to the taxation matters upto the level of ITAT. He has helped many SME’s in arranging private equity and funding from HNI’s. He is an expert in corporate valuations and restructuring stressed accounts.
